Armed robbery reported in Greensboro

GREENSBORO, N.C. — Police are searching for a man who robbed two people at gunpoint Monday night in Greensboro.

The robbery was reported shortly after 9 p.m. at 911 Baron Walk St.

The victims told police they were standing in front of the address when they were approached by a man who displayed a handgun and demanded money. The suspect stole cash and other belongings before he ran away heading south.

Police say they used a K-9 in an effort to track the suspect, but he was not found.

An ample suspect description was not available.
