Police looking for missing Winston-Salem man

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing Winston-Salem man.

The alert was issued just before 1 a.m. Tuesday for 28-year-old Justin Emanuel Baldwin, who is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.

Baldwin, who is described as standing 6’2″ tall and weighing 130 pounds, was last seen at 100 West 5th St.

Police say Baldwin was supposed to have boarded a bus to his home, but he never arrived.

Baldwin takes medications and does not have his medicine with him, police added.

He was wearing a white T-shirt with a “smiley face design,” gray sweatpants and open-toe sandals.

Anyone with information about Baldwin’s whereabouts is asked to call police at (336) 773-7700.
