Police: Man beaten, robbed in Greensboro

GREENSBORO, N.C. — Greensboro police said they’re looking for two men accused of beating and robbing a man on Sunday morning.

The 34-year-old victim told police he was checking his truck in the parking lot of Trailco Equipment Sales at 7609 Canoe Road around 10:26 a.m. when the suspects approached him.

Police said one of the suspects struck him in the face and the other in the head from behind with an unknown object, causing him to black out.

The victim reported that his wallet was stolen. Authorities said he was treated for injuries that appeared non-life-threatening.

Police said the victims left in a green Honda Accord with cracked paint on the hood.

One is described as a black male in his mid-50s, wearing black cargo-style pants and the other as a black male in his mid-30s wearing a white shirt and shorts.
