GREENSBORO, N.C. — A Greensboro woman was arrested after police said she stabbed her live-in boyfriend, causing a laceration to his face.

Kristine Victoria Dyer, 19, was arrested after police said they responded to the stabbing around 3 p.m. Sunday at a home on Aspen Drive.

Police said the suspect told them they had been arguing at the time of the assault. After the stabbing, police said the boyfriend left the area on foot.

Greensboro police said the boyfriend was found shortly later, suffering from a non-life threatening laceration to the face. He was treated at the scene, but refused to be taken to the hospital, police said.

Police said Dyer was charged with domestic assault and the boyfriend, 19-year-old Michael Glasper, was arrested for outstanding warrants.

Authorities said they were both taken to the Guilford County Jail.
