Police: Man seriously injured during dispute at Syn & Sky

GREENSBORO, N.C. — Police say a man was taken to the hospital with serious injuries after a dispute turned violent at the Syn & Sky nightclub in downtown Greensboro.

According to police, officers responded shortly before 2:15 a.m. to a report of a disorderly crowd at the club, located at 113 South Elm St.

When they arrived, police say they found a 23-year-old man who had been attacked.  The man was taken to the hospital by ambulance to be treated for injuries that were described as serious, but not life-threatening.

Police say they learned the victim was injured as the result of a dispute during which he was knocked to the ground and kicked.

No other information about the incident or a possible suspect was available.
