Winston-Salem man charged with sexually abusing juvenile

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — A Winston-Salem man has been charged with sexually abusing a juvenile.

On Tuesday, officers received information that Reynoldo Jesus Arteaga, of 2820 Thomasville Road, was sexually abusing a juvenile.

Following an investigation, officers determined Arteaga allegedly abused the juvenile repeatedly over the course of several months.

Arteaga was arrested on Tuesday and is now being held in the Forsyth County Detention Center. He has been charged with four counts of Indecent Liberties with a Child, and his bond was set at $350,000.
