Police: Suspects knocked before forcing way inside Greensboro apartment

GREENSBORO, N.C. — Police are searching for two suspects who robbed two people at gunpoint after forcing their way inside the victim’s apartment.

According to police, officers responded just after 12:15 a.m. Thursday to a report of a robbery at 5-K Sails Way.

When they arrived, police say the victim told them two men forced their way inside his apartment after he answered a knock at the door.  The suspects, one of which was armed with a gun, then demanded property from the man and his girlfriend.

The suspects ran away after obtaining “several items,” police said.  It was not clear what the suspects took.

No ample suspect descriptions were provided.
