High Point Police investigate early evening shooting

HIGH POINT, N.C.–High Point Police are investigating an early evening shooting that sent one man to the hospital on Thursday.

Mario Donahue, 25, was shot at 111 Hoskins St. just after 7:00 p.m. A private car took Donahue to High Point Medical Center, where he was stabilized. He was then transported to Baptist Hospital for further treatment.

The investigation is ongoing.
