GREENSBORO, N.C. — An area apartment developer has submitted plans for a 360-unit complex in south Greensboro.

The Triad Business Journal reports Tom Holderby submitted site plans to the city for the $24 million complex, which would be located on a 27-acre tract off South Elm-Eugene Street just south of Interstate 85.

The development is named Woodland Heights of Greensboro.

Construction is expected to start toward the end of summer, the Journal reports.

The first phase, which would be finished in the fall, includes 120 units and a clubhouse.  The other 240 units would reportedly be complete by the summer of 2014.
