ACC All-Stars to face off against high shool hoops standouts in Guilford County

GREENSBORO, N.C. -- Several Atlantic Coast Conference All-Stars will stop by Greensboro this week for a basketball game at Southeast Guilford High School.

The ACC All-Stars roster features Mason Plumlee, Richard Howell, Seth Curry, CJ Harris, Scott Wood, Ryan Kelly and Dexter Strickland.

The ACC team will face off against a Greensboro All-Stars team consisting of high school seniors from across the county and Southeast Guilford coaches and staff.

There will also be a 3-point shootout and dunk contest at halftime.

Tip-off is set for 7:30 p.m. Thursday at Southeast Guilford, located at 4530 Southeast School Road.  Doors will open at 6 p.m.

Tickets, which cost $10 in advance or $12 at the door, can be purchased at Southeast Guilford High, Southeast Middle, the Greensboro Batting Center or online at

The Guilford County roster includes Coach Huntley, Coach Grant, Mr. Blanchard, Kevin Harrison, Michael Bass, Sam Hunt from Dudley, Travis Brooks, Chris Glasco, Chad Snyder from Pleasant Garden, Christian Harrison from Greensboro Day School, Cody Hyton from Northwest Guilford, Coach Lee Reavis from Northwest Guilford, Wes Scott, Terell Leach from Southwest Guilford, Coach Allie Marshall, Coach Kelsey Norman and Trey Arist.

FOX8's Cindy Farmer will be at the game to announce the starting line-ups.  Biggie from Rock 92's "2 Guys Named Chris" show and Jared from 107.5 WKZL will emcee.
