Ralph Lauren Corp. to add 200 jobs in Whitsett

Ralph Lauren Corp. will add 200 jobs at it’s Whitsett facility, according to Loren Hill, president of the High Point Economic Development Corporation.

According to the report, Ralph Lauren will lease 360,000 square feet inside a 520,000-square-foot building at 6550 Judge Adams Road. The distribution center is at Rock Creek Industrial Park in the former Rhodes Furniture location.

No other information was provided.

Gov. Perdue announced last year Ralph Lauren Corp.’s plans for a $142 million expansion in High Point, which will create 500 new jobs over the next four years.

The company held a career fair last week in High Point.
