UNCG to raise parking fees for 2013-14 school year

GREENSBORO, N.C.– UNCG’s Board of Trustees approved a 3 percent increase in parking fees for the 2013-14 school year, the News and Record reports.

According to the report, the annual fee for faculty and staff, students who live on campus and commuter students will increase by $9 to $311.

The rate for parking in remote off-campus lots will go up $5 to $180.

The cost for a parking pass for the Walker, Oakland and McIver decks will increase $13 to $458.

This is the first increase in two years.
