Police: Man arrested in Thomasville stabbing
THOMASVILLE, N.C. — A man was arrested after police said he stabbed a man a home in Thomasville early Saturday morning, injuring the victim.
Kareem Anderson, 28, was charged after authorities said they found the victim with two lacerations and a stab wound to the back around 2:30 a.m. at 214 Carolina Avenue.
Authorities said the assault occurred after an argument. Police said the male victim was taken to High Point Regional Health System where he was treated and released.
Anderson has been charged with assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury with intent to kill.
Officials said he was placed in the Davidson County Jail under a $100,000 secured bond and has court planned for Feb. 10.
