HIGH POINT, N.C. – Crews raised up a 20 by 30 foot American flag now flying over the Sears Hometown Store along North Main Street in High Point.

The family who used to own and operate the Lyles Chevrolet dealership flew the large flag as part of a tradition.

Now the man who owns the Sears Hometown Store is bringing the tradition back by raising the flag once again.

Army recruiters and several Boy Scout troops took part in the flag raising ceremony.
