Stokes County Arts Council to host local artists in February

STOKES COUNTY, N.C. — The Stokes County Arts Council plans to host local artists Monica L. Marshall and Monty Stevens in the Apple Gallery in February.

The Stokes News reported that an opening reception takes place in their honor from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Stokes County Arts Council at 500 N. Main Street in Danbury.

Marshall is a native of King and has a love for pottery. Stevens is from Westfield and loves photography.

The exhibit is free and open to the public. It will be open from Jan. 23-Feb. 19.
