Hulk Hogan sues surgery clinic for $50 million

NEW YORK – Wrestler Hulk Hogan has filed a lawsuit against the Laser Spine Institute in Tampa, stating the clinic did “unnecessary surgeries that damaged his career.”

The Tampa Bay Times reports Hogan filed the lawsuit Monday under his real name, Terry Bollea.

Hogan/Bollea is seeking $50 million in damages.

The lawsuit also alleges the Laser Spine Institute used an endorsement from Hogan without permission or payment.
