At least one injured in wrong-way crash on I-85 in Greensboro

GREENSBORO, N.C. — Police say at least one person was injured early Thursday morning in a wrong-way crash on I-85 North in Greensboro. 

According to police, a Jeep was traveling in the wrong direction on I-85 North near Alamance Church Road when it collided with a tractor-trailer. 

Police did not say when the wreck occurred, but the crash shut down two northbound lanes of I-85 between Alamance Church and Youngs Mill roads until around 5:30 a.m. 

Police said there were injuries, but the injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
