Hulk Hogan refiles lawsuit against Gawker for $100 million

Hulk Hogan has refiled his $100 million lawsuit against media gossip site Gawker for posting a portion of a sex tape involving the former wrestler, TMZ is reporting.

Hogan initially sued in October 2012 but dismissed the suit in federal court in order to refile in Florida, where he is also suiting Heather Clem, the woman shown in the tape.

Hogan also initially sued Clem’s ex-husband and radio personality ‘Bubba the Love Sponge,’ claiming both he and Clem had a role in leaking the tape.

That lawsuit was settled and ‘Bubba’ apologized on his radio show.
