GRAHAM, N.C. — State troopers say the driver of a tractor-trailer suffered minor injuries when his rig overturned Friday morning on I-85 in Alamance County.

Both lanes of I-85 North / I-40 at Exit 148 have reopened following the wreck, which happened around 3:15 a.m.

According to troopers, the tractor-trailer was cut off by another driver who was exiting the interstate.  The rig overturned when the tractor-trailer hit the guardrail, they said.

The driver’s name was not released, but he is expected to be OK.

Both lanes of the stretch of interstate were closed for about an hour after the crash.  One lane remain closed until about 8:30 a.m. so crews could finish cleaning spilled fuel.
