Police charge 5 with shooting into vehicle in Greensboro

GREENSBORO, N.C. —  Police say they arrested five people accused of breaking into a vehicle Saturday morning after shooting into an occupied vehicle on High Point Road and Obrien Street in Greensboro.

Police arrested and charged 19-year old Jose Garcia-Lesso, 21-year old David Rodriguez, 18-year old Sergio Lemus, 17-year old Jose Razor-Garcia and 26-year old Serei Lemus.

Each suspect was charged with robbery with dangerous weapon, breaking and entering a motor vehicle, tampering with a motor vehicle, assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill and resist and delay of a law enforcement officer.  

Police say Garcia-Lesso and Rodrguez are also charged with possession of a firearm by a felon.
