Silver Alert for missing Stoneville woman canceled

STONEVILLE, N.C. — A Silver Alert that was issued early Tuesday for a missing Rockingham County woman has been canceled. 

The N.C. Center for Missing Persons issued the alert around 4:15 a.m. for 39-year-old Jennifer Sue Trice, who was reported missing from 162 DJango Drive in Stoneville. 

The alert was canceled shortly before 9:30 a.m. at the request of the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office, officials said.
