Deputies investigate series of break-ins in Rockingham County

REIDSVILLE, N.C. — The Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a series of break-ins that occurred in the Ashley Loop Road area of Reidsville and Eden. 

Deputies said seven break-ins were reported Monday on Ashley Loop Road, Richardson Road, Rob Tom Road and Dallas Road.  Five of the break-ins involved vehicles, while two involved outbuildings. 

The break-ins are believed to have occurred overnight Sunday.

Among the stolen items are GPS units, various power tools and fishing equipment, deputies said. 

No suspect information was available.
