Amber Alert issued for abducted Goldsboro teen

GOLDSBORO, N.C. — An Amber Alert has been issued for a Goldsboro teen who was reportedly abducted. 

The alert was issued for 16-year-old Kennedy Fitzgerald McLaurin shortly before 11:30 a.m. Wednesday. 

McLaurin is described as standing about 5’9″ tall and weighing about 135 lbs. 

Authorities allege there are four abductors, however none of them have been identified. 

No ample descriptions of the individuals were provided, but police said they were last seen traveling north on Blain Street in a blue, older-model Buick or Lincoln passenger car. 

Anyone with information about McLaurin’s whereabouts is asked to call 911 or Goldsboro police at (919) 705-6572.
