MOUNT AIRY, N.C. — Authorities have arrested a Va. man suspected of setting fire to a vacant home on Aug. 30.

According to Mount Airy Police Department, Glen Isaac Boyles of Ararat, Va. has been charged with ‘burning and uninhabited house’ located at 307 East Elm St.

A preliminary investigation conducted by the Mount Airy Fire Department indicated that “the fire’s origin and cause was suspicious,” said police.
