Billy Graham released from NC hospital

ASHEVILLE, N.C. — Evangelist Billy Graham was released from an Asheville hospital Tuesday.

WSOC reported that he was treated for bronchial infection and is returning to his home in Montreat.

Officials said the 93-year-old was admitted to the hospital Saturday overnight after developing a cough and fever.

Graham’s family members said his condition was improving on Monday and that they are grateful for the prayers and support..

Graham said he is eager to get back to writing his latest book, expected to be released next year. His niece, Cathie Bowers, said he told her he has plans for another book after that.
