Police: Four arrested in Burlington home invasion

BURLINGTON, N.C. — Police said four men were arrested after breaking into a home, demanding money and assaulting a man Saturday morning in Burlington.

Officials said Christopher Chad Murray, 41; Mark Morningstar, 41;  Gregory Stanfield, 41, and Jason Creveling, 40, all of Burlington, were caught by police leaving the victims’ residence in the 300 block of Cleveland Ave. around 5:29 a.m.

Police said all three victims identified the four suspects as the offenders. Officials said a weapon was located on the scene.

Each of the suspects received a $250,000 bond.

Police said 21-year-old Tabias Deandre Sellers received minor injuries but refused medical treatment. Sellers was also arrested on an outstanding and unrelated warrant for arrest for accessory after the fact. He received a $20,000 bond.
