DAVIDSON COUNTY, N.C. — Sheriff’s deputies arrested a Lexington man suspected of larceny on Friday.

Deputies received a report that items valued at $2,625 were stolen from 102 Abbotts Ave. on July 18.

Following an investigation, deputies arrested Timothy Wayne Stone Sr., 42, of 832 Carl Pressley Rd.

Stone was charged with four counts of obtaining property by false pretenses. He is being held under a $5,000 secured bond.
