GREENSBORO, NC  – A Thomasville man was arrested on Friday and is suspected of a sexual assault in Greensboro.

On December 27th 2011,  police responded to the area of Martin Luther King Boulevard and East Florida Street in Greensboro, where a female had been forcibly raped according to

Police identified Ramon Lamont Johnson, 37,  after the results of a DNA analysis performed by the State Bureau of Investigation.

Johnson, a registered sex offender, was charged with second degree forcible rape, second degree sexual offense, attempted second degree sexual offense, and second degree kidnapping.
