Police search for Greensboro bank robbery suspect

GREENSBORO, N.C. — Police are searching for a man accused of robbing a bank Friday morning.

Police said around 9:15 am, a suspect entered the Summit Credit Union at 800 Summit Avenue.

The man passed a clerk a note demanding money.

The suspect then fled the bank on foot with an undisclosed amount of money.

Police described the suspect as a black male in his mid-40s, 6’0″, 225 pounds, and with short gray hair and beard. He was wearing a white T-shirt and khaki pants during the robbery.
