GREENSBORO, N.C. — The Forest Oaks Country Club will play host to the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Greensboro’s 4th Annual Golf Classic.

Registration for the tournament costs $100 per person, which includes 18 holes of golf, a gift bag, refreshments, a team photo, and an awards luncheon during which Miss North Carolina will present trophies.

Additionally, anyone who sinks a hole-in-one will win an 8-day and 7-night trip to Hawaii.

Funds raised through registration fees will support the work of the organization, which matches children in need of mentors with adults who have gone through screening processes. Volunteers then help coordinate group programs and activities for adults who are serving as mentors.

The tournament will be held July 23 with registration beginning at 7:30 a.m. and a shotgun start at 8:30 a.m.

Early registration is currently open.  To register, call the organization’s office at (336) 378-9100 or stop by in person at 510 Summit Ave.
