Thomasville man accused of raping child

THOMASVILLE, N.C. — A Thomasville man has been arrested under accusations that he sexually assaulted a child. 

Anthony Ray Little, 31, of Brenda Drive, has been charged with one count each of first-degree rape of a child and indecent liberties with a child.

According to a news release from the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office, the suspect was arrested Monday as part of an investigation that began May 14.  The alleged assault occurred between Feb. 1 and March 31. 

Little was jailed in Davidson County under a $250,000 secured bond.  He has an initial court date slated for July 31.
