Winston-Salem man sought after Graham bank robbery

GRAHAM, N.C. — A Winston-Salem man is sought by authorities after police said he robbed a bank in Graham on Thursday morning. 

Bradley Lynn Leak, 47, of Thomas School Road, is accused of robbing the BB&T at 220 S. Main St.

Capt. Steve McGilvray with the Graham Police Department said Leak entered the bank around 9:30 a.m., passed a note to the teller, demanded money, and threatened to use a gun. 

The suspect made off with an undisclosed amount of cash before officers arrived, McGilvray said. 

Nobody was injured during the robbery.   

Police described Leak as standing 5’10” tall and weighing 240 lbs. 

The suspect is expected to face at least one charge of robbery with a dangerous weapon.  Additional charges are pending, McGilvray said.
