Police search for Jamestown bank robbery suspect

JAMESTOWN, N.C. — Guilford County Sheriff’s deputies are searching for a man suspected of robbing a Jamestown bank.

According to deputies, a unidentified suspect robbed the Newbridge Bank located at 120 East Main Street on May 25.

At the time of the robbery the suspect wore a dark baseball cap, dark blue t-shirt, and dark blue jogging pants with a white strip running down the sides of the legs.

Deputies described the suspect as a black male, approximately 6ft tall, weighing approximately 160 lbs, and is in his mid to late 20s.
