Police: Body found in Greensboro ruled a homicide

GREENSBORO, N.C. — Police said the human remains found behind a church Friday morning in Greensboro is being investigated as a homicide.

Greensboro police spokeswoman Susan Danielsen said officers were called to God’s House of Deliverance Church at 1212 Randolph St. shortly after 10:15 a.m.

The body has not been identified, but is described as a white female, 6′ about 174 pounds, in her early 20s to mid-30 with medium-length sandy-blonde hair.

No other details were immediately available. The investigation is ongoing.
