FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Another volunteer search is scheduled for the Fort Bragg soldier who was last seen at a bar in Fayetteville four weeks ago.

The Fayetteville Observer reported that volunteers planned to search Saturday for Pfc. Kelli Bordeaux. The 23-year-old was last seen April 14 at Froggy Bottoms, a bar that has since closed.

On Friday, about 50 people held a vigil in the parking lot of The River Community Church, located beside the bar. Law enforcement
and volunteers have repeatedly searched nearby property for clues.

Bordeaux’s husband, Michael, choked up as he thanked the community for its ongoing support. Participants lit candles and prayed.

Organizers said a similar vigil was held Friday in St. Cloud, Fla., Bordeaux’s hometown.
