Silver Alert canceled for Greensboro man missing since March

GREENSBORO, N.C. — Police have canceled a Silver Alert that was issued for a Greensboro man who was reported missing in March.

Police said the the alert for Roger Blair Hartsell, 64, was canceled shortly before 5 p.m. Tuesday.

Hartsell, who is believed to be suffering from dementia, was originally reported missing on March 26 after police said he went missing from his home on East Fisher Avenue around 10:30 that morning.

Police said he was believed to be driving a gold 2005 Toyota Corolla at the time, but there was no information as to where he may have been headed.

It was not clear exactly where or when Hartsell was found.  No other details were provided other than that the Silver Alert was canceled.
