CHAPEL HILL – Jimmy Fallon gave a microphone to President Obama on Tuesday night’s Late Night, taped on the campus at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, to help him “slow jam” the news.

“I’m President Barack Obama and I, too, want to slow jam the news,” he said at the start.

“Awww yeah, you should listen to The President, or as I like to call him, The Preezy of the United Steezy,” said Fallon.

Tickets to the show were the hottest ticket in Chapel Hill this week. In his monologue, Fallon joked about how many were unable to get in, some more well known than others.

“I am so excited. This is unbelievable. Tonight on the show, we have the President of the United States – Barack Obama! Wow. Unfortunately, though, a lot of people weren’t able to get tickets – and that includes students, professors, Joe Biden…”

Obama also appeared on Leno in October 2011 and The Daily Show in October 2010.
