100 knives stolen in Reidsville farm supply store break-in

REIDSVILLE, N.C. — Police say an estimated 100 knives were stolen and a safe was emptied during a break-in at a farm supply store in Reidsville.

The break-in happened at the Big Apple Farm Supply store at 407 Southwest Market St.  Police said it was reported Tuesday morning shortly after 7:30 a.m.

The suspect or suspects were able to open a safe, from which they stole an undisclosed amount of cash.

In addition, police said the suspects stole an estimated 100 knives from a showcase inside the business.
