HIGH POINT, N.C. -- As Market is almost into full swing, dozens of homeowners are offering their spaces up for rent.

A quick Craigslist search shows a long list of homes and condos available to rent for the upcoming week in High Point.

Lanie Broadway is one of those whose home is up for rent. She said she has rented out her place several times before.

"I find the furniture market is so exciting that I wanted to be part of it. It made sense to rent out my house for a little extra cash, and I'm not there anyway because I'm working. So it's a perfect situation," Broadway said.

Her four-bedroom, three-bathroom home is going for $125 per night per bedroom.

Market begins Saturday and goes through Thursday.
