LEXINGTON, N.C. — Bubba Watson, who won The Masters tournament on Sunday, is looking to sell his home on High Rock Lake in Lexington.
The 5,000-square-foot home is listed at $1.45 million. Watson purchased the home in 2009 for $1.1 million.
Realtor Timothy Taylor said Watson bought the house as a vacation home. Now that he and his wife have adopted a child, though, they want to settle down a bit, Taylor said.
Taylor told The Charlotte Observer, the sale was in the works before the Masters.
Watson is expected to make his new permanent home in Florida.
