FARMVILLE, N.C. — Authorities say a store owner’s son and two relatives were killed during a robbery at a Pitt County convenience store.

Police say three armed men shot 16-year-old Mokbel Mohamed Almujanhi as he mopped the floor at the Hustle Mart in Farmville on Sunday night. The gunmen also shot the owner’s brother, 26-year-old Nabil Nasser Saeed Al’mogannahi, and cousin, 24-year-old Gaber Alawi.

Authorities say those two men had recently moved from New York to help the family with the business.

No arrests have been made, but sheriff’s spokeswoman Christy Wallace says authorities have received helpful tips about the suspects. The sheriff’s office has released surveillance camera pictures of three armed men on its Facebook page.
