GREENSBORO, N.C. -- Police on Tuesday released surveillance footage of a Subway restaurant robbery and are asking the public to help identify the suspects.

The robbery happened around 9 p.m. Monday at the Subway at 659 South Regional Road.  Police said two suspects entered the restaurant and demanded money from the two employees who were working at the time.

In the surveillance footage, one of the suspects is seen jumping over the counter and removing money from the register and safe.

Police said the suspects, who were armed with handguns, kept their faces hidden and wore latex gloves during the robbery.

Nobody was injured.
