Police: Woman found dead after wreck died of medical condition

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — Police said the death of a woman pronounced dead after a head-on collision Sunday in Winston-Salem was caused by a medical condition.

Police said Jean Ray Bolden, 55, of Winston-Salem, collided with a 2010 Honda Odyssey around 3:30 p.m. after her 2004 Honda crossed the median in 4900 block of Country Club Road.

Police previously said Holden was likely involved in medical distress at the time of the wreck. No other information was released.
