Recipe: Southern Fried Chicken Biscuit with a Pan Gravy

•        8oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
•        3 cups Seasoned Self Rising Flour
•        1 cup Heavy Cream
•        2 eggs
•        1 cup diced country ham
•        1 tbsp fresh oregano
•        Salt and Pepper
•        1/2  cup butter

1)    Dredge chicken breast in seasoned flour(salt and pepper)
2)    Dip in scrambled eggs and dredge in flour again
3)    Cook in oil
4)    After cooking ,drain oil from pan and sauté country ham with the butter.
5)    Add oregano and heavy cream and cook to a boil.
