Recipe: Crab Cakes

• 1 can lump crab meat
• 1 Tsp Old Bay
• 1/2 cup mayo
• 1/4 cup roasted red peppers
• 1/4 cup chopped basil
• 1/2 cup plain cornmeal

1) Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl
2) Refrigerate for 1 hour
3) Remove from refrigerator and form into 3 oz balls.
4) Place in a medium high saucepan and sauté for 4 min on each side
