Delayed high school graduation invitations are on the way — with a refund

KING, N.C. — Graduating seniors of West Stokes High School finally have an answer on why delivery of their graduation invitations hasn’t arrived. Parents and school staff said Herff Jones, a company that makes graduation products, class rings and yearbooks, was supposed to deliver the invitations last month.
