    THOMASVILLE, N.C. — Crews responded to a fire at a warehouse containing potentially explosives materials in Thomasville early Friday morning. Firefighters arrived at Advanced Motorsports Coatings, LLC. just after 5 a.m. The business is located at 17 High Tech Blvd., Thomasville, and was closed for the evening.     Driver accused of throwing water bottle out window, injuring 2-year-old boy

    LINCOLN COUNTY, N.C. — Police are looking for a driver who they say threw a water bottle out of his car, striking a 2-year-old in the face in Lincoln County. According to WSOC, Mike Hudson told deputies he and his son were walking down Coral Drive when the driver of a passing white Chevrolet Malibu drove by and threw a water bottle out the window. Hudson said the bottle hit his son in the face, causing several cuts.     Fire destroys house under construction at Flint Hill Vineyards

    YADKIN COUNTY, N.C. — A house that was under construction at Flint Hill Vineyards in Yadkin County was destroyed by a fire in the early morning hours Thursday. According to the East Bend fire chief, the house went up in flames around 3:06 a.m. The fire was contained to the house and did not spread to the vineyards.
