    VIZIO has recalled 245,000 of its E-Series LED flat-panel televisions due to a possible risk of injury. According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission, the stand assembly can fail and cause the TV to tip over unexpectedly. VIZIO has received 51 reports of tipovers, but no injuries.     GREENSBORO, N.C. — Police are investigating after a shooting incident outside Four Seasons Town Centre on Friday afternoon.
