    GREENSBORO, N.C. – Check out this awesome piece of chalk art of Cam Newton that was created by a Greensboro artist.     No injuries after fire reported at Hardee’s in Archdale

    ARCHDALE, N.C. — No injuries were reported after a fire started in the kitchen of the Hardee’s restaurant in Archdale on Saturday night. The fire was reported at the Hardee’s at 10001 S. Main St. at about 9 p.m. Saturday. Several Guil-Rand firefighters had the situation under control within about 15 minutes. The scene was cleared by 10 p.m. There is no current word on what caused the fire. The restaurant remains open.

    BURLINGTON, N.C. — A man faces a DWI charge after authorities said he crashed into a Burlington tobacco store and became trapped in his vehicle. Carl Anthony Wilson, 44, of Fuquay Varina, faces charges in connection to a crash reported Friday afternoon at JR Cigars, according to Burlington police.
