I am currently employed full time as a Web Producer for FOX8/WGHP, a top-rated Fox-affiliate covering Greensboro, High Point, Winston-Salem and the entire Piedmont Triad of North Carolina.

My job duties at FOX8 include producing and posting interactive content to MyFOX8.com and running our social media platforms, especially Facebook and Twitter.

    Check out this funny video that features teenagers reacting to old cigarette commercials on TV, ads that seem incredibly strange today. Fine Brothers Entertainment uploaded the video to YouTube last month and it has more than 2 million views. The teens watched the commercials and were then asked questions about them. The old ads featured Camel, Winston and Raleigh cigarettes.

    Four people found dead in York County home; shooting investigation underway

    YORK COUNTY, S.C. – Four people are dead after a shooting at a home in Rock Hill, S.C., about a half hour south of Charlotte.     SENECA, S.C. — A black bear has been spotted swimming in a lake near the South Carolina-North Carolina line. Elizabeth Piller shared a video of the swimming bear with FOX Carolina. She said she spotted the bear as she was boating on Lake Keowee. Black bears have been known to swim and can cross ponds, lakes, and rivers to get food, according to Bearlife.org.
