    SOUTHERN PINES, N.C. – Check out this video of a dog befriending a baby deer in Southern Pines. The video was sent to FOX8 by Adrian Flores, who said it happened about a week ago as he was walking his dog in the morning. Flores said the deer followed them for about a half an hour and thought the dog was her mother. The dog is a 7-month-old German Shepherd named Iris, according to Flores.
