    1 ounce  dandelion greens 1 ounce  baby spinach 1/2 ounce  extra virgin olive oil 1/2 ounce   balsamic vinegar 1 ounce  Strawberry Coulis (see recipe) 1 tablespoon sliced almonds, toasted 1 ounce  Housemade Ricotta Cheese (see recipe) 1/2 ounce  sliced strawberries.     WILKES COUNTY, N.C. — Twelve students and a school bus driver were taken to hospitals Tuesday after the bus turned onto its side on a Wilkes County road.     ATLANTA — Atlanta fire officials say they have put out a 4-alarm blaze at Tyler Perry Studios that damaged a building at the complex. Atlanta Fire Department spokesman Capt.     3 quarts half & half cream 1 quart buttermilk 1 1/2 tablespoons salt Combine ingredients in a pot and simmer on medium low heat until curds and whey separate.     1 2/3 pounds rhubarb 2 cups apple cider vinegar 2/3 cup water 3 1/3 cups light brown sugar 1teaspoon allspice 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper Clean and chop rhubarb. Combine all ingredients in a sauce pot and simmer for 30-45 minutes or until rhubarb is completely soft. Puree in blender and strain through a medium-hole strainer. Discard pulp.
